There are many reasons given to explain why people “sell their bodies”. These range from poverty and destitution to peer pressure and pleasure. I hit the streets of Kampala to find out about commercial sex in Uganda’s capital, Kampala and wrote “No Bread, No Butter”, published as the main feature in issue 19 of African Woman.
